The conference is organised jointly by two organisations:
PATHFORGE
PathForge is a separate legal entity. Contractual responsibility for ticket sales, and for this website, rests with ASSOCIAÇÃO THE POSSIBLE MAN as named above.
03Tickets, payment and invoicing
Ticket sales are processed by pretix (rami.io GmbH, Heidelberg, Germany) acting as our ticketing provider. Card payments are processed by Stripe; bank transfers are made directly to the account of ASSOCIAÇÃO THE POSSIBLE MAN. Invoices are issued by ASSOCIAÇÃO THE POSSIBLE MAN.
04Cancellation and refunds
Tickets can be refunded in full up to 30 days before the conference. After that date we can no longer refund, as catering and venue numbers are committed, but tickets may be transferred to a colleague free of charge at any time up to the day of the event — write to us with their name. If we cancel or reschedule the conference, you receive a full refund.
Under EU consumer law, the standard 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply to services tied to a specific date, including admission to events (Directive 2011/83/EU, Article 16(l)). The terms above are our own commitment rather than a statutory minimum.
05Data protection
Personal data collected during registration — your name, email address, organisation, and any answers you give to our registration questions — is processed solely to administer your ticket, communicate with you about the conference, and plan the programme. Data is processed within the EU by pretix on our behalf. We do not sell or share it for marketing purposes.
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your data at any time by writing to hello@thefutureofmenandboys.com.
06Accessibility
We want the conference to be usable by everyone attending. The venue is being confirmed and we will publish its accessibility details — step-free access, accessible toilets, and hearing support — on this site as soon as it is booked. If you have an access requirement, tell us at hello@thefutureofmenandboys.com and we will do our best to accommodate it.
07Liability for content and links
We prepare the content of this site with care, but we cannot guarantee that it is complete or current at all times; the programme in particular is subject to change. This site links to external websites over whose content we have no control, and we accept no responsibility for that content.
08Hosting
This website is hosted by Netlify. Server logs may be processed by the host for the purpose of operating and securing the service.
